Wawesh's music doesnt sound so kenyan..i guess coz it doesnt have that M A D energy of kina nameless with beats all over the place. (seriously, I only listen to kenyan music when i'm hyper, if i want to chill i'll have to find something else, does anyone know any kenyan musicians that sing slow love songs??)
@clannk.....hey you! you potead. had to 'shut' the forum for a while coz there was no traffic. besides, am kinda busy with other stuff and i can only handle so much. lakini its nice to see you back. thanks for touching base and i hope you are keeping well. hopefully, i will finish changing the colours for the new year and open it up for summer 2006!
@kenyangal....true, wawesh dosent sound Kenya because he aint making his music in Kenya. jamaa is in Sweden doing his shyte and it is different from what we hear from diggs. It will not be everyones cup of tea, but for sure it is different from what we get to hear from Jamu'. i like him because he is different and unique....where would you place him....KAPUKA, GENGE, KENYAN HIP HOP, RnB?????? you decide!
